All of our agents receive the exact same commission plan. As a member of Transitions Real Estate, 100% of the commission is yours to keep.
That's right, 100% commission!
The following are the only fees you will be charged:

$25 RECO transfer fee due to RECO upon transfer into Transitions Real Estate

$199 annual fee plus HST (payable upon transfer date)

$350 plus HST per transaction
